At Classic Leather Co., your satisfaction is our priority. We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to enjoy every purchase with confidence. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a smooth and straightforward return or exchange process.

1. Return Eligibility:

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Product Condition: Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required.

2. Damaged or Defective Items:

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 30 days of delivery at support@classicleatherco.com.  
  • Provide your order number and photos of the damage or defect.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

3. How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@classicleatherco.com  with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Get Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions.
  3. Pack Your Item: Securely package your item in its original packaging.
  4. Ship It Back: Send the package to the return address provided in your return instructions.

Note: Unless your return is due to an error on our part (defective or incorrect item), you are responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Restocking Fee:

There is No restocking fee

5. Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we shipped the wrong or defective item.

6. Exchanges:

  • We offer free exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • For size or color changes, please initiate a return and place a new order once your refund is processed.
