Eligibility:

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
  
• You may also cancel if your order has not yet been processed or dispatched for delivery.
  
• Note: Once your order is shipped or marked as In Transit, it can no longer be cancelled.

Order Processing Time:

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  
• Delivery typically takes 7–11 business days after processing.
  
• Once the status updates to In Transit, cancellation is not possible.

• Reason for Cancellation (optional)

Our customer support team will review your request and confirm whether your order is eligible for cancellation at the provided phone number or email. 

Refunds:

• If your cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  
• Refunds are generally processed within 14 business days.
  
• Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
  
• If your order cannot be cancelled, you may still return it in line with our Return Policy.
  

Orders Not Eligible for Cancellation:

• Orders that have already shipped or are currently in transit cannot be cancelled.
